I had to work today. One of the first things I do when I get into work at the showroom is turn on the music/pandora. This morning when I went to turn the music on this was the first song that showed up. I just smiled. Thought Gary & Nancy would appreciate. 

In Memory of Kacie

This poem came to mind when thinking about Kacie this week.

"Love"
Love, perhaps more science than romance,
Invisible yet quantifiable matter,
it might evaporate and float away,
fall elsewhere, freeze, boil;
It could circulate in the blood,
bitter as an infection, benevolent as a nutrient.
Clear, tangible,
It died, It was born.

Happy Birthday Kacie. Will never forget our road trip all the way from Baltimore to San Antonio with Royal the cat. Still have this picture framed in my house. I think this was taken at a rest stop somewhere in Tennessee but not sure.

then we had to walk back up.... it was very windy!
