where did you eat? whatever that is it looks delic!
The place is called Cafe 12 in Avon, NC. Not a fancy place but we tried their famous Hatteras Flat, which is their version of a pizza using a very thin tortilla fried crust. We ordered the Carribean flat and it was something we have never had before and it was out of his world.
If you're ever in the Outer Banks, you definitely should try it.
