Stadium Dream

I just had this dream a few minutes ago. Beebs called me and asked me to meet her at an old house next to the stadium in Baltimore. When I walked into the house she and Kacie were there and Kacie looked about 14. Beebs then informed me that we were in deep debt and we had lost our house so she had to rent several rooms in this house. I looked out of the side window and could see baseball players practicing in Memorial Stadium. Kacie was running around the house laughing and smiling because she was so happy to live in the city. This was the last place that I wanted to live and I told Beebs that we should have stayed in our house in Eldersburg. There was a gas station down the street that was selling steamed crabs but other than that the place had no appeal for me. To take Gus for a walk we had to take a long boat ride. Beeb's father gave us a visit and told us that he  knew of a good deal on Hilton Head Island where we could rent a house for $4600 per month but could possibly get it down to $3100. Kacie also had a little brother that looked just like her and had really big ears that I enjoyed pulling.

Kacie and the Stones

I came across a Radiohead cd box today and when I looked inside I found this cd. Kacie had simply written RS on it along with the famous Stones lips and tonque. It was the best Stones collection I've ever heard along with a couple of great Stones songs that I have never heard before. Is there a story behing this?

Neighborhood Association Dream

I had this dream last week.

We were living in our house in Woodbine and received a visit from two married couples and a man by himself. They began to criticize things about our house and I soon realized that they were with the neighborhood association. We were informed that our house was too big and was angled wrong in relation to the road. They had previously hidden cameras in our house and showed me a picture of myself and Beebs by our fireplace. Then they showed me a picture of Kacie and I lost my temper and kicked them out.

5k Dream

I had this dream last week.

I ran a 5k in Westminster and easily beat a large group of people. There was an awards ceremony in an auditorium and as I was waiting to get my trophy, Kacie and some other little kids walked in and sat up front. She didn't say anything but we were impressed by how well behaved she was and Beebs said that she was well behaved in the mornings before going to school.

Recurring Dream

This morning I had another version of a dream that I've had several times.

We were living in our house in Woodbine and Kacie had died but we had another daughter that looked exactly like her with her voice. In this dream our other daughter looked around 10 years old and was rebellious. Every time she got around me she gave off a foul odor that only I could detect. She was insistant about joining her friends at a teen center but I stood my ground and told Beebs that I didn't want her to go and lose her life like Kacie.

Hope everyone had a good day yesterday. I met up with Larissa and Vince in Old Ellicott City. Our first stop was Bean Hollow to get some coffee. It was a beautiful day out and the streets were packed with people. Then we explored all the little antique shops.

After that we drove over to Double T Diner- right near Mimi's old house on Rolling Rd and 40. It was delicious. I got the "Happy Waitress." Vince joked that it sounded like an item you would order from a Chinese restaurant. It is a grilled cheese sandwich with tomato and bacon. It was delicious. I also got the cream of crab soup. Larissa got "disco fries" which are french fries with cheese and gravy on them haha and last but not least Vince got a "Chicken Steak" which he had never had before but wanted to find out if it was chicken... or steak? It ended up being dark meat chicken. All in all it was a VERY filling dinner!

We shared different memories and stories... it was a really nice day. Kacie would have loved it.

The only thing I regret is I forgot to take pictures to send to everyone. Sorry! Hope to see any pics anyone else took of anything special they did.

Thinking of her

This is one of the hardest days of the year to get through. Four years doesn't make it any easier.

DREAM 3/8

I don't remember a whole lot... but I remember I was at a noisy bar. Kacie came in. She looked beautiful and bright. She came up to me and gave me a hug. She said it was so nice to see me and that it had been such a long time since we had seen each other. In the dream I felt like I didn't know her as well. It made me kind of sad.

Rock Climbing Dream

I just had this dream a couple of hours ago.

Kacie and I were rock climbing and when we got to the peak of the mountain, Kacie wanted to be lowered over the side of a cliff. I had my fishing rod with 60 pound test steel line and tied it to Kacie's waist. She had no fear at all and jumped off the cliff and I gradually lowered her 300 feet to the ground.

Orangish Reddish Brown Dream

I just had this dream a few minutes ago.

We were living in Woodbine and Kacie gave us a visit. She looked like she was in her late teens. I was surprised at how fat she had gotten. I had the plan to ask her to return home because I felt that she must be having some sort of problem that caused her to eat so much. She had some sort of object on the end of a long string and began spinning it around in the air. I was fascinated until I realized that an orangish reddish brown liquid was flying out of the object and it was leaving droplets all over the front of our house. I yelled out to Kacie and she then continued her antics on our lawn far away from the house.

Today I was cleaning out my office and I found a few cd's with pictures on them. The first one is from Kacie's bachelorette party in the limo. The other two were from her shower at my old apartment in Sykesville.

Snow and Ice in Baltimore- Go Ravens!

We got a little bit of snow and ice this weekend. It was Ziggy's first time seeing the snow. I think he likes it but he also really loves to lay in front of our woodstove and stay warm. :) Hope everyone is doing well.

Trimpers Rides - Ocean City, MD

The other day I was cleaning out my art studio. I am known for being a bit of a pack rat and keeping lots of trinkets. I came across this in a pile of old jewelry. I remember Kacie and I both made one as a souvenir during an Ocean City get-a-way. It is a machine that makes it from a penny. I think it cost like 50 cents to make it.
