that was such a funny story about the turkey. i think it weighed 20 pounds! i know she brought that with her to Mimis house, but im not sure what happened to it after that. we tried to give it to the lady next door, and she didnt want it so im not sure what happened to it, or if its still in the freezer?
I wouldn't doubt that it is still in the freezer. Jeff, our boss at Roots gave me a 20 pound turkey once and I never cooked it because I didn't know what I was doing.
I have been re reading through some of these memories. This turkey story brought a smile to my face.
This is one of so many funny stories. She always had us laughing.
