The painting of the birds was one that kacie did when we took a chinese brush painting class at HCC together. We had so much fun in that class and she would do spot on impressions of our teacher who had a thick accent and would pronounce our names as if they were two words. I can still hear her calling me Leee Sahhh and herself Kaay Ceeee.
